For our Christmas Eve breakfast we had fresh fruit, muffins, french toast (from Kneaders cinnamon bread), bacon and juice & eggnog. We always give the kids a gift card to Build-A-Bear and then take them there that day. This year I thought they had outgrown that stage so I gave them Target gift cards. They were thankful for them but they both let me know they are not too old for Build-A-Bear. Next year we will continue the Build-A-Bear tradition. :)
For our Christmas Eve dinner Geoff smoked us some filet mignons that tasted amazing. We also had sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, vegetables, homemade rolls, fruit and dessert. The kids still like to track where Santa is on the NORAD website. The kids opened their Christmas Eve pajamas and we skyped our extended families. It was a fun Christmas Eve.
