Fancy Nancy Party/Playdate with Friends

Kaylee felt like it was going to take forever for her friends to arrive. :)

We fell in love with the cute Fancy Nancy books and thought it would be fun to host a Fancy Nancy themed play date for our friends. 

We accessorized the girl with tiaras, sun glasses and jewelry. 

We had parfaits for dessert.

Friends Christmas Party 2011

We hosted a Christmas party for Kaylee and her friends.

 Kaden chose to have a late night with some friends another night.

We played the candy bar game.

We decorated gingerbread men and ornaments.

We decorated sugar cookies and watched Frosty the Snowman.
 

                         We are lucky to have such a good group of girls in our neighborhood!

Teddy Bear Picnic and Fun Run

One summer we hosted a teddy bear picnic and fun run. We had a picnic lunch, the kids went on a treasure hunt and participated in a fun run. 

                   

                          

 

                         

 

One year we hosted a pool party on the last day of school to celebrate the beginning of summer. We played some water games and had ice cream. 

                       

Back to School Bash

When we lived in Maryland we hosted a back to school bash at our favorite park.  We had water games, a water fight with water balloons and squirt guns and treats. We also went on a miniature train ride.

                         

                          

 

                         

   

Summer Art Show

 A couple summers ago we invited the neighbor kids over once a week to make an art project and have a treat. At the end of the summer we hosted an art show to show off their work.  It was a lot of fun!
